Salary – £17,000 p/a pro rata – 22.5 hours per week (flexible over 3, 4 or 5 days)
Contract – Fixed term contract until March 31st 2021 (with the view to extend)

An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Administration Assistant with Advancing Aberystwyth ar y Blaen, to support the organisation as it delivers projects as part of the town’s Business Improvement District. This is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2021, with the view to extend in the event of a successful BID Re-ballot.
The post reports to the Development Manager, and it requires a highly organised, self-motivated person to play a central role in providing administrative support for all projects set out in the business plan. Candidates should possess high-level administrative experience; be highly organised and able to work with minimal supervision; committed to learning new tasks and developing new skills; be self-motivated; an excellent team player with good communication skills and have the ability to prioritise work in a busy and demanding work environment.
